What is the difference between the LF&LM?

The LM model is high-step while the LF model is step-thru. Only the frame is different. The LF is more lady-friendly.

What comes with the bike?

The bike comes with a charger, fenders, front and rear lights, backseat, backrest and footrest. Other purchased accessories are shipped separately.

Can I transport LM/LF in a car trunk?

The LM/LF can be folded and stored in a car trunk. Its folded dimensions are 38.2*18*33.5 inch, and its unfolded dimensions are 69.3*46.9*26 inch.

Can I take a passenger? What is the maximum payload?

Yes, LM/LF comes with a rear seat, footrest, and backrest to carry passengers. The maximum payload is 400 lbs.

Is it possible for me to ride this bike if my height is under 5 feet 3 inches?

Yes, you can ride the bike, it will be no problem for you to ride, but it would be a little high to step on the ground when you stop the bike.

Should I Fully Discharge The Battery Before Charging?

No. Our batteries are equipped with built-in protection systems to prevent overcharging.

What road conditions are suitable for the LM/LF?

Is this bike waterproof? Can it be ridden in the rain?

The LM/LF series has basic waterproof performance (splash-proof design of the electronic control system), and there is no problem riding in light rain. However, it is not recommended to soak or expose it to heavy rain for a long time.
